Fulgent Genetics is seeking a driven Business Development Associate - Pharma Partnerships to help expand our Pharma Services. This remote position requires residing within driving distance of Boston for occasional in-person meetings and events.

You will focus on engaging with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, introducing Fulgent's multi-omics and molecular testing services to support translational research and clinical development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field; Bachelor's with relevant experience considered.
• Strong interest in molecular testing, genomics, proteomics, and biomarker discovery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident engaging with scientists and researchers at all levels.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple outreach activities.
• Willing to attend in-person meetings several days per week.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage new contacts within pharma and biotech organizations.
• Initiate discussions with scientists and decision-makers involved in translational research and biomarker development.
• Attend local networking events, seminars, and conferences to expand brand awareness.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and senior BD or scientific staff.
• Maintain outreach records in CRM and collaborate with marketing to prioritize targets.
