Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive BD experience in pharma/biotech.
- Proven track record in identifying and closing strategic partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain, drug development, and market trends.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder influencing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue strategic BD opportunities including partnerships, licensing, and M&A.
- Conduct market analysis to assess new markets, therapeutic areas, and competition.
- Build relationships with partners, investors, and industry leaders.
- Lead negotiations for complex deals and secure favorable terms.
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with R&D, legal, and finance to execute BD initiatives.
