Real is partnering to appoint a Business Development Lead to drive growth and expand market presence within the Boston area. This role will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and support commercial efforts across a portfolio of molecular biology reagents, custom research products, gene-detection assays, and DNA sample-collection technologies.

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating sales materials with R&D and Marketing.
• Develop and maintain business leads through outbound/inbound inquiries and events.
• Conduct field visits and virtual meetings to support business development.
• Log sales activity and forecasts in the CRM and prepare reports.
