Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. in Newtown, PA is seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will lead packaging personnel, maintain production schedules, ensure documentation accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of cGMP and data integrity, and experience with ERP systems like SYSPRO, SAP, or JDE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in pharma or regulated manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of leadership in packaging/production.
• Knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and packaging documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems (SYSPRO, SAP, JDE or similar).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packaging line operations to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Plan, assign, and adjust staffing to meet production targets.
• Monitor packaging processes and ensure SOP adherence.
• Review and approve batch records and cleaning logs.
• Train and develop Packaging Line Leaders, Operators, and Mechanics.
• Ensure accurate data entry in ERP systems.
• Support investigations, deviations, and continuous improvement.
