Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily packaging operations to meet production schedules.

• Monitor team productivity and adjust staffing to minimize downtime.
• Oversee batch records, deviations, investigations, and manufacturing documentation.
• Support R&D and MSAT activities for new product introductions and tech transfer.
