Job summary

US Pharma Lab, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and manage packaging department activities. You will design and improve packaging processes, ensure GMP compliance, and collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and strong employee relations. The position requires coordinating with QA and Planning, maintaining equipment and line efficiency, and leading a team of packaging staff.

Qualifications

• BA degree and/or 4+ years supervisory experience in a relevant industry.
• 2+ years of work experience in nutritional’s, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute workload to meet changing priorities and timelines.
• Oversee packaging line operation and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with QA, Planning and maintenance to meet production plans.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Prepare production reports and inventory paperwork; manage supplies.
