Job summary

Keywords Studios in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an experienced US Packaging Associate to join our clinical trial supply management team on a hybrid schedule. You will help coordinate packaging of pharmaceutical drugs for global trials and collaborate with external vendors and internal systems.

The role requires quick learning of new computer programs, professional email communication, and the ability to work independently while supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with ability to work with external vendors.
• Professional email communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external vendors to verify qualifications.
• Monitor label stock inventory and initiate reorders as needed.
• Manage decommissioning and destruction of labels. Enter data into the deviation management system to address HUB carrier shipment issues
• Support temperature excursion (deviation) processes for designated CPs
• Coordinate material movements across systems and teams.
