Job summary

Real Staffing seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Validation Consultant to lead validation activities for automated packaging equipment in FDA-regulated packaging environments. Candidate will partner with packaging operations to support qualification, compliance, and process execution on the production floor.

The role offers a hybrid work setup in the United States, with a focus on local support and project-based travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of pharmaceutical validation experience, preferably within packaging operations.
• Direct experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience validating automated packaging equipment and systems.
• Able to work on the production floor and collaborate with packaging teams.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
