Keywords Studios in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a US Packaging Associate to support clinical trial supply management. The role requires collaboration with external vendors, data accuracy, and label inventory control across systems and global packaging processes.

The position is hybrid: three days on campus with training possibly more days in person, and occasional remote work if needed. Bachelor’s degree required; contractor engagement with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external vendors and Collaboration Partners (CPs) to verify qualifications.
• Monitor bulk label stock inventory and initiate reorders as needed.
• Manage decommissioning and destruction of labels. Enter data into the deviation management system to address HUB carrier shipment issues
• Support temperature excursion (deviation) processes for designated CPs
• Coordinate material movements across systems and teams.
• Provide systems support for Trackwise, SAP, eCTS, ATLAS, and QualDocs.
