Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Pharmaceutical Event Planner in the United States to lead program planning from contract execution to final billing. You will deliver exceptional client service, manage budgets, and coordinate venues and vendors across international and domestic travel programs.

You will also oversee online registration, attendee communications, and post-event debriefs while expanding knowledge of event technology such as Cvent.

Responsibilities

• Lead program logistics from contract execution to final billing.
