Amex GBT in the United States is seeking a Pharmaceutical Event Planner who will work with clients to understand and deliver on meeting program goals. You will lead program planning from contract execution to final billing, while delivering exceptional service on all travel programs.

You’ll coordinate logistics with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with ToV and healthcare regulations. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; 2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical meetings

Formación

• Experience in project management for meetings and events.
• Experience handling budgets and client-facing financials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented.
