Job summary

• Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute logistics for quarterly POA meetings, regional meetings, manager meetings, and other assigned meetings and events.
• Support the Manager, Meetings and Events in planning and execution of commercial meetings and special events.
• Assist with development and maintenance of meeting timelines and project plans to ensure successful event execution.
• Coordinate attendee communications and logistical requirements.
• Manage meeting materials including name badges, signage, and gear.
