Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH, a global life sciences marketing network, seeks a Senior Meeting Planner. You will independently plan and execute live and virtual meetings (under 50 attendees), manage venue contracts, travel, and AV, and ensure accurate attendee data and Sunshine Act compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of meeting planning experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Cvent and virtual meeting platforms.
• Knowledge of hotel, travel, and event budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate logistics for live and virtual events.
• Negotiate contracts, select venues, arrange travel and F&B.
• Manage AV, registrations, rooming lists, and vendors.
• Generate attendees and maintain compliance reporting (Sunshine Act).
• Process payments and reconcile invoices; track budgets.
• Update materials and coordinate distribution to attendees.
