Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience planning meetings.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of EMS for meeting planning is a plus.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute logistics for quarterly POA Meetings, Regional Meetings, Manager Meetings, and other assigned meetings and events.
• Support the Manager, Meetings and Events in planning and execution of commercial meetings and events.
• Develop and maintain meeting timelines and project plans to ensure successful event execution.
• Coordinate attendee communications and logistical requirements.
• Manage meeting materials such as name badges, signage, and collateral.
• Communicate meeting and travel logistics to attendees to optimize travel planning and costs.
• Coordinate travel arrangements with approved travel agencies as needed.
• Coordinate hotel rooming lists, meeting space, F&B, AV, and onsite logistics.
