Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead external supply planning, demand, and production scheduling. You will coordinate with CMOs, markets, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency across the product lifecycle.

The role requires 6+ years in pharmaceutical planning, solid knowledge of MRP/MPS, and strong analytical skills. Travel up to 5% and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical production planning experience.
• Knowledge of MRPII, DRP and Inventory Control processes.
• Understanding of cGMP guidelines.
• Experience managing international and domestic API, Bulk, and Packaging CMO activities.
• Strong analytical, planning and execution capabilities.
• Ability to travel 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead external supply planning, demand, material and production scheduling.
• Design change management aligned with CMOs and markets.
• Interface with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, QA, and suppliers.
• Identify cost savings focusing on inventory, storage, and transportation.
• Develop tools to support Agile Manufacturing and Work Team goals.
• Maintain master production schedules and purchase plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform reconciliations.
• Perform Buyer-invoice reconciliation and reporting.
