Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company driving more reliable medicine production. The Manufacturing Technician II supports Formulation operations, operating equipment, performing in-process monitoring, and ensuring batch record accuracy within a cGMP environment.

Collaborating with mechanics and lead technicians, you will help resolve production issues, manage materials, and participate in lean initiatives such as 5S.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow detailed instructions.
• Proficient in basic math and batch record documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate start-up and equipment for batch execution in a cGMP environment.
• Complete batch records and GMP documentation accurately.
• Monitor process, materials, and line status; coordinate production tasks.
• Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and line clearance activities per SOPs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and 5S lean activities.
