You will guide cross‑functional teams, ensure cGMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations and production goals.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, a technical Bachelor’s, and a preference for a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Business, Operations, or Engineering) is required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience; ISO, FDA and cGMP knowledge required; pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily to long-term manufacturing activities and staff.
• Lead cost-efficient production while ensuring quality.
• Coordinate inter-department support and problem resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement and OpEx initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, FDA standards.
• Manage audits, customer interactions, and safety.
