Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will join the Facilities Maintenance Department and support plant operations on a 12-hour night shift (7 PM–7:30 AM) on a 3-2-2 schedule, with a pay rate of $31.55 per hour.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of maintenance experience with boilers, chillers, and AC equipment, familiarity with Maximo, and pharma know-how, including water for injection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school training preferred.
• 4–5 years of maintenance experience with boilers, chillers, and AC equipment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with water for injection.
• Familiarity with Maximo CMMS and hardware/software control systems.
• Effective communication with team members and plant management.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance project management for mechanical and electrical system issues.
• Develop root cause solutions and lead continuous improvement.
• Lead in the absence of the supervisor, organizing shift tasks and passdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair boilers, chillers, air compressors, and water for injection.
• Coordinate system shutdowns with other departments to minimize operational impact.
