Job summary

UPS in the United States is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to support Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics. You will monitor shipments, liaise with customers, coordinate booking and documentation, and ensure patient visibility throughout the process.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service within pharma/logistics, strong Excel/Word/Salesforce skills, and excellent English communication. Weekend hours may be included and a strong team orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience; pharma, clinical trials, logistics or aviation transport preferred.
• Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Salesforce).
• Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
• Thorough understanding of Aviation/Airline networks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility in working hours; may include overnight and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitors shipments to ensure collection and delivery within agreed time frames.
• Builds and maintains excellent working relationships with customers (internal and external).
• Works with patients to ensure collection requirements are met and that they are kept informed for visibility.
• Books and processes booking requests in Marken's internal database; generates and verifies documentation.
• Liaises with global and domestic Marken network to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinates with Marken offices and Local Service Providers to meet turnaround times.
• Updates clinical trial sites in Marken's internal database as needed.
• Responds to incoming requests from external customers and internal offices/agents.
• Prepares, verifies and distributes country-specific project documentation.
• Files and archives documents where required.
• Attends and participates in customer meetings when required.
