Job summary

UPS Marken is seeking an experienced logistics customer service professional in Inglewood, CA. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery across the global Marken network.

Responsibilities include handling booking requests, communicating with patients, and supporting documentation and meetings as required. Flexible weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in pharma, clinical trials, logistics, or aviation transport.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Salesforce.
Fluent in English; reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

Monitors shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Develops excellent working relationships with customers.
Coordinates with patients to meet collection requirements and keep them informed.
Processes booking requests and generates shipping documentation.
Liaises with Marken network to meet customer requirements.
Attends customer meetings as required.
