Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to intercept, process, and key orders in our system, serving as the main contact for internal departments and customers. The role requires an outgoing, professional demeanor, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve issues quickly.

Typical schedule will be Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM; pay rate is $26.72 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time customer service experience in a warehousing or distribution environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, 3PL operations, or regulated supply chain is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound schedules, monitor receiving queues, and confirm appointment bookings with carriers and clients.
• Validate inbound paperwork (COAs, packing lists, BOLs, ASN data, temperature logs) for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Enter and maintain inbound orders in WMS/ERP systems; verify ASN accuracy and real-time data integrity.
• Investigate receiving variances, damaged goods, or missing documentation; coordinate corrective actions with warehouse and QA.
• Generate daily/weekly inbound reports and monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement.
