Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of highly accurate data entry experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Notary Public Commission for Kentucky is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with obtaining in-state and out-of-state license applications from state websites and prepare submissions under supervision.
• Assist with processing license renewals during renewal periods and track status with supervision.
• Respond to regulatory document requests and gather supplementary data under supervision; communicate with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential license records, update license database, and file documents; handle mailing of licensing paperwork.
• Assist with special projects and support the compliance team with administrative tasks.
