Job summary

Globyz Biopharma Services is seeking a Compliance Specialist – State Licensing to manage multi-state licensing operations from our Philadelphia hybrid office. You will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate license applications and renewals, and support audits and inspections.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in licensing compliance, a bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills. Join a collaborative, flexible team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in compliance or state licensing, preferably in regulated industries.
• Experience managing multi-state licensing operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee state licensing applications and renewals to ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate with state regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor changes in licensing regulations and advise internal teams.
• Maintain licensing records and prepare compliance reports.
• Support audits and inspections with ready documentation.
• Collaborate across operations, legal, and compliance teams; provide training on licensing.
