Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Site Lead for the Malvern location to oversee and flawlessly execute the enterprise Pharmaceutical Laboratory Services program, including lab equipment maintenance (ELIS), contractor services, and consumables management.

This on-site, 6+ month assignment starts immediately, with a Monday–Friday 1st shift. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in pharma/biotech lab operations are required, plus proven experience managing external vendors and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of lab bench and/or lab operations experience in pharma/biotech laboratories is required.
• Demonstrated experience with overseeing external vendor and strategic partner relationships is required.
