Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to production, processing, facilities, and engineering to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate inter-department support and problem resolution.
• Assist as needed in hiring and develop subordinates for future promotion.
• Maximize capital resources and ensure plant and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Cover for the Site Director when required and participate in customer audits.
