Job summary
The Fountain Group is seeking a Site Lead for the Malvern location to oversee and flawlessly execute the enterprise Pharmaceutical Laboratory Services program, including lab equipment maintenance (ELIS), contractor services, and consumables management.
This on-site, 6+ month assignment starts immediately, with a Monday–Friday 1st shift. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in pharma/biotech lab operations are required, plus proven experience managing external vendors and strategic partners.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of lab bench and/or lab operations experience in pharma/biotech laboratories is required.
- Demonstrated experience with overseeing external vendor and strategic partner relationships is required.

The Site Lead will be responsible for oversight and flawless execution of the enterprise Pharmaceutical Laboratory Services program for the Malvern location. The Laboratory Services program delivers strategic and operational value for stakeholders via central oversight of lab equipment maintenance (ELIS program), lab support contractor services, and point-of-use consumables management.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3+ years of lab bench and/or lab operations experience in pharma/biotech laboratories is required.
- Demonstrated experience with overseeing external vendor and strategic partner relationships is required.
