Job summary

US PharmaLab Inc. in North Brunswick Township, NJ seeks a Lead, Production Operator to drive line performance, safety and quality on the production floor.

You will lead shift personnel, coordinate with the Production Supervisor to meet schedules, ensure GMP compliance, maintain paperwork, and train operators. This is a full-time role with opportunity for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in nutritionally related, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
• Ability to follow written instructions precisely.
• Knowledge of cGMP and OSHA standards.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing on production floor for long periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift production activities to meet schedules and targets.
• Ensure production targets and quality through safe, efficient use of resources.
• Maintain cGMP compliance, proper documentation and batch records.
• Train and guide operators on job-by-job basis and provide support as needed.
