Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician I, Compounding in Gilbert, AZ to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team in predictive and preventive maintenance of lab equipment in the Pharmacy labs.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression and HVAC systems, document maintenance data, and work with production staff to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of industry experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• Ability to document predictive/preventive maintenance charts and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on all Lab Equipment (tablet presses, blenders, mills, hoods, coaters, air compressors).
• Document maintenance data on charts and records.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Identify trends and recommend preventative actions.
• Collaborate with QA and regulatory teams to maintain compliance.
