Job summary

Hims and Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician I, Compounding to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team in the Pharmacy labs.

You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance on tablet presses, blenders, hoods, and other equipment, document data, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong English communication, and collaboration with quality/regulatory teams to maintain safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and present state‑required proof of age documents.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems with machinery without supervision.
• Strong documentation and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish bilingual preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment and support overall operations.
• Document maintenance data and charts.
• Troubleshoot repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate calibrations and testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist production to minimize downtime during maintenance.
