Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for entry-level preventive maintenance on production equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will perform scheduled PMs, document activities, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime. The role requires basic maintenance knowledge, the ability to read volt meters, and a willingness to learn in a controlled manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related environment, or graduation from a technical/ trade school.
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance principles.

Responsibilities

• Report to the shift supervisor and receive PM work orders.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and support equipment.
• Prioritize tasks on equipment out of service to support startup schedules.
• Complete PMs accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain a zero-overdue PM status and document in CMMS.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies and document activities in systems.
