Job summary
Anveta, Inc. is seeking a Workstation Analyst to support critical laboratory, manufacturing, and operational technology within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The role combines workstation engineering, infrastructure support, application support, lifecycle management, and technical troubleshooting. This position requires close collaboration with Site IT, laboratory and manufacturing teams, and global IT to ensure reliable, compliant, and secure systems.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in workstation engineering or related IT support.
- Strong Windows 10/11 workstation experience.
- Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on Citrix/VDI experience.
- Hardware deployment and lifecycle management experience.
- Networking fundamentals and problem solving.
- Technical documentation and testing support.
- Onsite 100% in Concord, NC.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain lab, manufacturing, and OT workstations and apps.
- Collaborate with Site IT and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot workstations and peripherals.
- Provide Windows and Linux workstation support, patching, lifecycle activities.
- Support Citrix, VDI, IGEL/thin-client, and remote-access environments.
- Coordinate with global IT teams on patches and upgrades.
- Develop technical documentation and support procedures.
- Assist validation activities with GMP/GxP compliance.
