Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in application or systems support.
• Strong SQL querying and data troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar change management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for critical apps, incident response, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Use SQL to analyze data, investigate issues, validate fixes, and support data corrections.
• Serve as escalation point, coordinating with global teams, developers, and vendors.
• Support deployments, upgrades, patches, and validation in GxP-regulated environments.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and engineering to improve performance and stability.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, change management, and cybersecurity.
