Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/3 support for critical apps, incident response, troubleshooting, and RCA.
Use SQL to analyze data, investigate issues, validate fixes, and support data corrections.
Serve as escalation point, coordinating with global teams, developers, and vendors.
Support deployments, upgrades, patches, and validation in GxP-regulated environments.
Collaborate with business users, IT, and engineering to improve performance and stability.
Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, change management, and cybersecurity.
