Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate System Administrator to support Operations Technology at its Ohio site. The role focuses on Windows administration, instrument integration, and GMP‑compliant data handling within a manufacturing context.

You will work with Quality, Manufacturing, and Process Development teams to deploy and support applications while adhering to Amgen standards. This onsite position offers growth within a leading biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related field.
• Associates degree with relevant experience (4 years) in IS/BA.
• High school diploma/GED with significant IS/BA experience (6 years).

Responsibilities

• Configure Windows system settings, manage user accounts, ensure security and reliability.
• Integrate analytical instruments with Laboratory Platforms.
• Maintain GMP‑compliant quality records and ensure data integrity.
• Engage with business users to analyze needs and document requirements for computerized systems.
• Participate in root cause analyses and incident investigations for systems.
