Job summary

PharmaLink, Inc. is seeking a diligent Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in Largo, FL. You will receive, store, pull, stage, pack, and ship products, while ensuring accuracy against documentation and maintaining inventory in the WMS.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and proficiency with RF scanners and MS Office. You will work with a safety-minded team, follow SOPs, and contribute to on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using a CRM for data entry purposes.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and a clean, safe work area.
• Receive, unload, sort, and scan inbound packages.
• Verify counts, codes, lot numbers, and documentation.
• Identify, label, store materials and record locations in the system.
• Pull, verify, stage, and repackage orders for production or shipment.
• Deliver and maintain in-process inventory at workstations.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment and packaging.
• Use WMS/CRM systems and RF scanners to ensure accuracy.
• Stage pallets and assist with loading outbound shipments.
• Support warehouse operations as part of the team.
