Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Material Handler to support our logistics and inventory control for pharmaceutical fill/finish operations in Madison. You will assist with receiving, shipping, data entry, labeling, and maintaining cGMP documentation, while ensuring accuracy and safety in every step.

The role requires 0–1+ years in material handling, a high school diploma, and the ability to work with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years of experience in material handling in a cGMP environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous FDA/USDA or GMP experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills and basic math ability.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP guidelines and GDP principles to maintain compliance with USP.
• Complete SOP training and documentation.
• Inspect incoming shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Load/unload trucks with hand pallet jack.
• Package products securely for shipment and monitor temperature controls.
• Maintain inventory records and databases accurately.
• Operate PIT equipment safely and be trained or certified.
