Job summary

Hometown is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage purchasing of warehouse products, including non-controlled Rx, and maintain accurate drug records. You will monitor stock levels, communicate with vendors about mis-shipments, and ensure POs are processed correctly through EDI, email, fax, or web portal.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading goods, updating NDCs, and resolving PO discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and proficiency with Excel and

• Attention to detail in stocking and order accuracy.
• Strong organization to manage multiple vendors and stock levels.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic IT to update records.
• Experience using inventory systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dedicated supply of all warehouse drugs.
• Know stock levels for each vendor and PO minimums.
• Submit POs via EDI, email, fax, or web portal.
• Order in correct case packs and follow up with vendors on POs.
