Pharmaron Coventry, RI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, store, issue, and distribute materials. You will manage domestic and international shipping, maintain ERP-based inventory, and support procurement while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1–2+ years in warehouse operations, forklift certification, and proficiency with ERP systems, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift or powered industrial vehicle certification, or ability to obtain certification.
• 1–2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
• Experience handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Experience operating forklifts, stackers, tow motors, or similar equipment.
• Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, issue, and distribute raw materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Handle domestic and international shipping/receiving.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via ERP systems and cycle counts.
• Process Good Receipt transactions and monitor inventory levels.
• Prepare warehouse reports and ensure safety and GMP/compliance.
