Cardinal Health is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive pharmaceutical generic product sales to an assigned group of Independent Retail pharmacies. You will prospect to create new partnerships and strengthen relationships with the current customer base.

The role involves calling on pharmacies in your geographic area to convert new business, maintain current customers, and expand market share while building long-term relationships with pharmacists and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Strong process management, customer service, and communication skills preferred.
• Self-motivated to achieve goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on current and potential pharmacies in an assigned area to convert new business and grow market share.
• Build long-standing relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Convert existing and potential customers' use of targeted products and ensure sales growth.
• Identify market intelligence on competitive activity and inform internal resources.
• Create and maintain a real-time database of market intelligence and sales activity in CRM.
• Understand Cardinal Health offerings and how they meet customers' needs.
