Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience designing and delivering field-based training programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Training and Development to meet department objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement Field Personnel training programs.
• Assess training effectiveness and create follow-up learning activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional partners on programs.
