Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representatives to drive the launch of a new product in the San Diego area. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, communicate product benefits, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve KPIs in a competitive market.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of primary care pharma sales, and willingness to travel. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Rheumatology experience preferred (advantage).
• Launch sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.
• Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed KPIs and goals for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to educate them on product benefits and usage.
• Develop territory business plans to maximize adoption and market penetration.
• Conduct sales presentations and deliver product messaging while addressing inquiries.
