Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians. You will establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals across assigned territories and deliver clear product information to offices.

The role requires travel up to 20% with overnight stays and a background in B2B sales or related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Business to Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging, patient and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily.
• Comply with policies, including compliance and trainings.
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities.
• Collaborate with geographic partners.
