Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales within an assigned territory by educating healthcare professionals on approved products. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, providers, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals, delivering product presentations and strategic plans to grow market share.

The role requires up to 50% travel and a strong focus on compliant, consultative selling, territory planning, and data-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs within the assigned territory through planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain strategic territory plans to maximize customer engagement and opportunities.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved promotional materials.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Execute targeted call plans and maintain call frequency based on customer segmentation and objectives.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM and PDMA-compliant sample distribution.
