Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to support Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals in primary care. You will drive demand through clinical education, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and meet sales targets across assigned territories in the United States.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to policies, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, PAs, NPs, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to HCP offices.
• Meet or exceed activity targets and complete daily administrative items.
• Comply with all policies and complete trainings as required.
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities with geographic partners.
