Job summary

Inizio Engage is recruiting a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative for Allentown, PA to support Boehringer Ingelheim collaboration. The role focuses on clinical selling, relationship-building with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets across primary care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time; overnight travel required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, etc).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to HCP offices; meet activity targets.
• Complete administrative tasks daily and comply with policies and trainings.
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities; demonstrate persistence.
