Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative in Orlando to drive demand through clinical selling and education for primary care physicians. You will establish relationships with HCPs, deliver product information, and meet activity targets while handling administrative tasks daily.

The ideal candidate has a track record in B2B sales, is comfortable with technology, and can travel up to 20% with overnight trips. A Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time; overnight travel required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily and comply with policies and trainings.
• Collaborate with geographic partners and manage routing plans.
