Job summary

Inizio Engage in Texas is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians within primary care. You will establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering sales messaging and product information to HCP offices, and meeting activity targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, willingness to travel up to 20%, a valid driver's license, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• B2B sales experience preferred or related experience.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging, patient and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily and comply with policies and trainings.
• Collaborate with geographic partners and manage routing plans for efficient calls.
