Job summary

Inizio Engage, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive demand and educate primary care physicians in Austin, TX. Build relationships with HCPs, convey patient and product information, and exceed activity targets.

The ideal candidate has a track record in B2B sales, is comfortable with technology and virtual engagements, and can travel up to 20%. A Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Business to Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as assigned; complete admin tasks daily.
• Comply with company policies and trainings; manage routing and call plans.
• Coordinate with geographic partners to optimize coverage.
