Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative for Charlotte, NC to drive demand through clinical selling and education to Physicians, while building strong relationships with HCPs and delivering product information to offices.

The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience, is comfortable with technology and virtual engagements, and can travel up to 20% with overnight trips. A Bachelor's degree and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and overnight as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, PAs, NPs, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily and maintain accurate records.
• Comply with all policies and trainings, including compliance and ethics requirements.
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities.
• Collaborate with geographic partners to maximize coverage.
