Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support a leading pharmaceutical client in Lebanon, IN. You’ll monitor, maintain, and repair critical building systems to ensure safety, reliability, and uptime on a 12-hour shift.

This hands-on role requires diagnosing issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating with lab personnel to support production and research activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED / trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-time, safe completion of fume hood maintenance, pump repairs, reactor maintenance, rigging tasks, and general mechanical upkeep; include preventive maintenance and basic HVAC tasks.
• Apply predictive maintenance practices to identify equipment degradation and optimize uptime.
• Fabricate parts from drawings or concepts to support repairs and modifications.
• Ensure all tasks comply with local regulations, site requirements, and safety procedures.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives for building operations and safety.
