Job summary

CBRE Facilities Maintenance is seeking a hands-on technician to support a pharmaceutical client in Lebanon, IN. You will monitor, repair, and maintain critical building systems, including mechanical and electrical infrastructure, on a 12-hour 3-2-2-3 schedule, ensuring high reliability and uptime for production and research activities.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and fabricate parts as needed, while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Strong judgment from analyzing multiple information sources.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages and basic financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-time, safe completion of fume hood maintenance and pump repairs; maintain HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Apply predictive maintenance to identify degradation and improve uptime.
• Fabricate custom parts from drawings to support repairs.
• Ensure tasks comply with local regulations, site requirements, and safety procedures.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives for building operations and safety.
